The Brandon branch of Ford's Garage, on Causeway Boulevard, where the fit-out leans hard into vintage automotive and the burgers carry the theme. Half-pound builds include the Model A with sharp cheddar, bacon and egg, the Estate with smoked gouda and truffle bacon aioli, and the Black-N-Bleu; smaller Roadsters cover the same ground at a third of a pound. Motor City kettle chips loaded with beer cheese and a tower of piston onion rings handle the table, and Mama Ford's meatloaf waits for anyone who came for comfort rather than theatre. Sunday brunch until three.
