A round-the-clock diner on Second Avenue in Murray Hill, Gemini keeps the griddle going through the small hours and the coffee coming with it. The menu is the full American diner canon: eggs Benedict, brioche French toast, half-pound Angus burgers, a California turkey club stacked three decks high, chicken parmigiana, avocado toast for the daylight crowd.
