ג'חנון ציונה – fast_food_restaurant

Saturday morning, seven o'clock, at the Sonol station in the Yishpro Center in Ness Ziona: the jachnun stand opens and keeps going until it runs out. What began in 2016 as a favour to friends turned into a local institution — rolled by hand, served with a hard-boiled egg, grated tomato and hot s'chug. Kubaneh goes by the piece; malabi with rose water, coconut and peanut finishes it. Pre-order for delivery across Ness Ziona and Rehovot, or queue and take it warm. One dish, one morning a week, done properly.
