Ness Ziona or New York City? That is the question over the counter, and the answer is bagels - split, filled and stacked into sandwiches, or handed over plain and warm. Around them sit fresh salads, a deli case, crepes, pancake bowls, cakes and cookies, plus a run of house specials and sauces. It opens at eight in the morning on Weizmann Street and winds down mid-afternoon, closing early on Friday. This is a breakfast and lunch operation, built for the local office and school crowd. Bagels done properly, well outside Manhattan.
