It started as a beverage cart for pilates students and grew into East Hill's morning living room. Good Day, Darling opens at 7:30 on North 12th Avenue and runs a bright, tight day shift: espresso on beans from Nova in Mobile, drip and cold brew from Pensacola's own Alla Prima, housemade syrups, cold-pressed juice, smoothies, baked goods, and salads with real crunch for the lunch crowd. It comes from Bill and Kiley Manning, the pair behind The Magnolia and Wild Lemon Pilates. Sunny, unhurried, and shut by mid-afternoon. Catch it while the light is good.
