The chain began in Haifa in 1994 as a small, quality-driven coffee bar and has since spread to more than a hundred branches across Israel. The house blend - Arabica sourced from Colombia, Brazil and Ethiopia - is pulled into over twenty espresso variations, and the kitchen keeps pace with an all-day menu of breakfasts built for sharing, salads, sandwiches, Italian dishes and a genuine vegan and gluten-free selection. Kosher-certified, open from early. Three decades on, it still does the thing it was founded to do: make a good cup and give you a reason to stay.
