ICY N SPICY MIRAMAR – Restaurant
The second act of a South Beach original, now on Miramar Parkway with room to spread out. Icy-N-Spicy churns its own ice cream, from cookies and cream, triple chocolate, salted caramel, lavender and strawberry cheesecake through vegan pistachio and cappuccino and mango or strawberry sorbet, then pushes it into specialty shakes like dulce de leche, Ferrero Rocher and red velvet. The cotton-candy creations, pizza and burrito included, are what people come to photograph. There's a party room alongside. Built, quite deliberately, for birthdays.
