Vintage Americana in Haifa: a griddle, a fryer, and a menu that knows exactly what it wants to be. The burger list runs from the plain Original through cheeseburger and butter burger to a double smash and a pimento version, and the fried chicken arrives crispy or Korean-glazed. There is a Philly cheesesteak, a veggie burger, wings three ways, nuggets, fried pickles, onion rings and fries. Desserts stay in mousse country — red velvet, chocolate, Lotus cheesecake. Rum and gin cocktails, cold beer, no pretension anywhere in the room.
