The menu sticks to what it does well: Cuban sandwiches with real heft, empanadas, hot soups, home-style desserts, and Cuban coffee that regulars rate above anything else in Tamarac. There is usually a line at midday, which tells you most of what you need to know. Prices stay low without the portions shrinking. Not a destination dining room. A reliable lunch, done right.
