Tacos Los Guachi's opens at five in the morning on NE 62nd Street in Fort Lauderdale, which tells you a good deal about who it is for. Chilaquiles and breakfast burritos anchor the early hours; by midday it is tacos, tortas, burritos and quesadillas built to order, with huaraches and pupusas pressed as they are ordered and coctel de camaron for the seafood-minded. Fish tacos too. Six days a week, dawn until nine at night, closed Sundays. Unfussy, fast, and cooked to order rather than held.
