The Pines Boulevard branch of Mister O1 does artisanal pizza the long way round: Italian flour, a dough that rests 72 hours in natural levitation, a crust thin enough to fold and light enough to finish. The stars are the draw, literally - four pizzas whose folded crust points are filled with soft cheese, the Star Luca best known among them. Twenty-plus other pies, calzones, a burrata bar and large antipasti salads fill out the menu. Diners consistently single out the crust and the value of splitting a few pies. Nutella and banana calzone if you are feeling brave.
