The Coral Springs branch of Mitch's Downtown opened in March 2026 under the Modera building on North University Drive, and it is the polished end of the neighbourhood deli: bagels baked on premise every morning, schmears mixed in house, and a counter that moves fast before work. Order the Mr. Eats 305 - nova, cream cheese, cucumber, hollandaise, crispy onions and hot honey, open-faced - or the Hangover, with scrambled eggs, bacon and a hash brown patty.
