מנגה סושי ווק - Manga sushi Wok – restaurant

Eilat's Manga runs two kitchens off one pass: a sushi counter and a wok line, with the wok dishes fired in front of the room. The rolls range from spicy salmon and spicy tuna to a soy-wrapped vegetable futomaki, tofu tempura and a sweet potato roll; the wok side turns out pad thai, Szechuan noodles, shiitake noodles, chilli rice and green-curry-and-coconut plates, plus cashew chicken and crisp lemon chicken over rice. Vegan and gluten-free dishes are marked, and party trays go out across the city. Fresh, fast and priced to repeat.
