The pizzas are the calling card: dough made by hand from natural ingredients and fired in a wood oven, which is where the char and the flavour come from. The showpiece is fettuccine alfredo finished tableside inside a wheel of parmesan, spun in front of you. Beyond that the menu ranges wide across the three cuisines, with a chef's suggestion list for the undecided. Comfortable room, fair prices, and a little theatre with dinner.
