ONE ZO – Restaurant

ONEZO brought its Taiwanese boba to Fletcher Avenue in North Tampa, and the pearls are the whole point. The brand builds its shops around on-site production — each store makes its tapioca fresh daily on its own machine rather than buying it in — and the results come in flavours you rarely see elsewhere, including handmade caramel, black sesame, coffee and red cactus alongside the classic. They go into brown sugar fresh milk, tea lattes, oolong and jasmine bases, and fruit teas. A drinks counter that treats its chewiest ingredient like the main event.
