A coffee cart parked in Yitzhak Ochion Park in Petah Tikva, facing the ecological lake — close enough to the water that the city drops away entirely. Eidan Zonenshain and Gal Akva set it up, and it holds mehadrin certification from the local rabbinate. The counter turns out sandwiches and salads, focaccia with garlic and mozzarella, chocolate-banana muffins, chocolate brioche, cookies and cakes. Playgrounds and lawns are steps away, which explains the pram traffic on weekday mornings. Closes before Shabbat, as it should.
