Ingale sits in a grove of trees in Moshav Nehalim, a short drive from Petah Tikva, with a playground on one side and a plant nursery across the way — which tells you exactly who comes here. It is a kosher mehadrin coffee cart with a proper dairy kitchen behind it: a halloumi ciabatta with cream cheese, pesto aioli, olives and tahini; the Na'ama salad of feta, sweet potato fries, candied pecans and rye; pizza, toasts, chocolate croissants and shakes for the children. Parents spread a mat and drink their coffee slowly. Rural, unhurried, and built for families.
