On Ben Gurion in Ramat Gan, Sami and his two sons run the grill the way family businesses do - one standard, no shortcuts. The counter turns out pargit skewers and kebab in pita, veal and turkey shawarma by the plate, skewered hearts for those who know, and falafel for those who do not eat meat. Laffas are baked on the premises, hot and soft, and the salads are made in house. Kosher, glatt mehadrin. A meat restaurant that puts the meat first and lets everything else follow.
