Bnei Brak's grilled-chicken specialist keeps the idea simple and executes it properly. Birds come off the grill by the quarter or the half, or whole to take away; the alternatives are a crisp chicken schnitzel or a breast seared on the plancha. Every main arrives with two sides chosen from a long vegetable list: grilled potato, puree, chips, organic rice, rice with lentils, green beans in tomato sauce, grilled cabbage, root-vegetable antipasti, red quinoa, lentil salad with preserved lemon, coleslaw.
