Tucked into a Templer-era wine cellar beneath the Sarona compound, Whiskey Bar & Museum is part bar, part restaurant, part collection: walls of bottles gathered from a dozen-plus whisky-producing countries, with a lounge and a cigar salon alongside. The kitchen is kosher and meat-forward, smoking much of its own product in house. Regulars steer newcomers toward the beef carpaccio, liver pate, prime rib and lamb chops, and finish with a chocolate mousse carrying a whiff of smoked whiskey. Guests talk most about the sheer scale of the collection and the staff's willingness to guide a tasting. Come thirsty, stay curious.
