SOPHIA'S BURGER – Restaurant

A Black-owned Miami burger truck that has grown into three mobile kitchens working the south end of the county. The griddle handles the Classic Burger and the Cheese Fried Burger, the Pepito Sandwich brings the Venezuelan side of the operation forward, and the Omelet Sandwich covers anyone who turned up early. Dessert is not an afterthought: hot churros rolled in sugar or cinnamon, dressed with Nutella or dulce de leche, and scoops of ice cream to go with them. Prices stay in the teens and cash moves faster than cards. Diners consistently describe it as homemade food that happens to arrive from a window.
