Mardi Gras king cakes and seafood-boil delivery run seasonally with wedding catering behind. It suits Emerald Coast gumbo pilgrimages, brewery-yard dinners, king-cake season orders, and eaters who trust a truck with two trophies. The brewery residency solved the truck's only weakness — now the gumbo has a permanent address and the beer walks over.
