Traditas Pizza – pizza_restaurant

A Maiden Lane slice shop in the Financial District, open since 2022 and built for the lunch rush without cutting corners. The crust is thin and audibly crisp, the cheese pulls, and the margherita slice comes scattered with fresh basil. Beyond it: vodka grandma squares, Sicilian, buffalo chicken, white with spinach, chicken vodka parm, sausage-and-pepper rolls, and chicken parm heroes that have their own following. Salads and fruit bowls round it out. There is more seating than the format suggests, and the counter moves fast and friendly. Downtown pizza at a fair price, no tourist tax.
