Toros sits on Etzel Street in south Tel Aviv and builds hot pastrami toasts to order: peppered, seasoned or smoked beef shoulder, goose delicacy, honey or charcoal-grilled pastrama, smoked Italian sausage - then whatever sauces you want, from sweet chilli and pesto to mustard and zhug. There are entrecote burgers and tortillas alongside. Kosher, and the counter stays open to one in the morning, closing for Shabbat and reopening once it ends. Delivery covers central and south Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan and Givatayim. Late-night meat, assembled exactly your way.
