A salad counter on Ibn Gvirol built around a simple idea: you choose, they assemble. Vegetables, grains and toppings go into the bowl to order, which is where the name — roughly, the art of the salad — comes from. The menu widens out from there into pasta and filled ravioli, with shaved parmesan finishing the salads. Kosher dairy under the Tel Aviv-Yafo rabbinate, and geared to the neighbourhood's weekday lunch crowd as much as to delivery. Straightforward food, made to order.
