Dinner with the Tampa skyline sliding past the window. Yacht StarShip runs public dining cruises on the water, two and a half hours with a buffet prepared fresh aboard by the executive chef's kitchen: porcini braised beef, tarragon chicken, curry salmon, pasta Veracruz and roasted baby Yukon potatoes, with strawberry or blue cheese pecan salad and Caribbean peel-and-eat shrimp to open. Lunch runs three courses, weekend brunch brings mimosas, and there is a full bar throughout. The entree menu turns with the seasons. Dinner and a view, on the move.
