A small kosher sandwich shop on Brenner Street in Tel Aviv built around one idea done carefully: French-style sandwiches, assembled cold, with every component chosen on purpose. Roast beef, pastrami and French salami are the anchors, layered with pickled peppers, tomato and house-made mayonnaise on bread that can take the weight. They will tell you to warm it briefly in the oven, and they are right. Deliveries run across central and south Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan and Givatayim. No frills, no counter theatre. Just a sandwich that has been thought about.
