Agadir Burger – Restaurant

Israel's homegrown burger chain keeps a room on David Pinsky in Haifa, one of twelve trading under the sign. The build is the point: beef ground in-house daily since 1997, patties at three weights, and a long roster of things to pile on, from garlic confit and roasted chilli to gouda, a fried egg or lamb bacon. Buns come house-made, wholewheat, gluten-free or keto, or swap in lettuce. Beyond the burger sit Moroccan cigars, spicy wings, a roast beef sandwich on toasted sourdough and Caesar salad. The night menu opens at half past eleven, every night. Simple, and seriously done.
