Spain by way of Bay to Bay: Barcelona's Tampa room pours one of the country's deepest Spanish wine lists and builds dinner from small plates meant to be shared. Start with pan con tomate, patatas bravas, jamon iberico and a wedge of aged Manchego. Then gambas al ajillo, pulpo a la gallega, jamon and Manchego croquetas, hanger steak with red chimichurri, whole branzino. Paellas come half or full - mariscos, salvaje, verduras. Happy hour lands late as well as early, and weekend brunch runs until three. Flan catalan and olive oil cake close it. The Bayshore address keeps it neighbourhood-scaled.
