Size the burger first at 160, 220 or 300 grams, then choose a build: Smash, Butcher's, Carnivore, Cheesy, Spicy and Nervous, Dip, or the Asado Chimichurri. A lamb blend, a Beyond patty and a mushroom-and-cheese Garden burger cover the rest. Openers include a Roman focaccia, crispy cauliflower, Burgos rings, sweet potato fries and BBB wings. The kitchen keeps going past midnight, seven days a week. There's a private room for groups. Straightforward, generous, unapologetically meaty.
