בויה שווארמה – Restaurant

Buya opened on HaYetzira Street in Kiryat Aryeh and turned into a lunchtime fixture for the office towers around it almost immediately. It is more than a shawarma stand, roughly a hundred square metres and about sixty seats inside and out, but the spit is still the centre of gravity. The menu runs to shawarma, schnitzel, chicken breast, pargit, mixed grill, kebab and Tripolitan-style merguez. The Saada brothers named the place for their father and brought the cooking over from Pundak Matalon, the veteran shawarma house they have run in the city for two decades.
