A coffee cart planted in the middle of Caesarea's business park, Babushcafe is run by an owner with two decades in coffee behind him who treats the subject as a vocation, running third-wave tastings and workshops on single origins from around the world. The everyday menu is short and well made: toasts, sandwiches, pastries and an acai bowl that regulars order without looking. Hours are built around the working day, early morning to mid-afternoon, closed on Shabbat. Serious coffee, served from a cart, to people on their way somewhere else.
