Blooms is a specialty roastery with a coffee cart attached, parked in the artists' complex on HaHaroshet in Pardes Hanna-Karkur. Asaf Haniya opened it in 2022 after fifteen years in coffee, six of them in Melbourne, and the Australian influence is the whole point: single-origin lots from Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, Indonesia and Nicaragua, roasted on site, plus cold brew for the long hot months. Sandwiches, pastries and a few desserts keep it from being coffee alone. Sit with it or take it and walk. A roaster's cart run by someone who thinks about the bean first.
