Caffe Sadie sits on Derech LaMerchav in Pardes Hanna, and its owner is candid about the route here: a mobile coffee truck came first and never quite took hold, so he stopped moving and built a room instead. What he was after was belonging, and the place is arranged for it — coffee and a croissant as the excuse, the table next to yours as the reason. Art and community programming run alongside.
