The first cafe to open in Pardes Hanna's Artists' Stables complex, back in 2018, and still the one people mean when they say they will meet you there. Chef Nir Weiman runs a Mediterranean dairy menu that pushes local produce hard and keeps genuine vegetarian and vegan cooking on the card rather than as an afterthought. The room is eclectic and deliberately loose; the courtyard is where everyone ends up. Live music lands on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Come for coffee and a pastry, stay because a set started. Family-friendly, and nobody rushes you out.
