יוגלך - אפיה ביתית – cafe

Yogalach is a boutique bakery and cafe in Pardes Hana-Karkur that bakes daily and leans on spelt flour, local production and a lot of handwork. The counter runs to cinnamon and chocolate yeast buns, pistachio and forest-fruit pies, chocolate-nougat pie, striped layer cakes, vegan spelt quiche and bite-sized desserts, alongside salads, pastries and carefully pulled coffee. Much of the business is catering platters, built fresh for family events, and customers come back talking about how well presented and generous they arrive. A family operation with a second cafe in the woods nearby. Homely, and quietly ambitious.
