A block from the sand on Seabreeze Boulevard, Bo's Beach runs a raw bar and a wood-fired pizza oven side by side. Oysters arrive grilled under parsley butter and aged parmesan; conch fritters, crispy firecracker shrimp and smoked mahi-mahi dip start most tables. Then come blackened mahi-mahi tacos, a blackened grouper reuben on marble rye, beer-battered fish and chips, a Maine lobster roll, lobster mac and cheese, churrasco steak, and pizzas built on prosciutto and arugula. Stone crab claws land in season. Happy hour fills weekday afternoons and the room stays loose and salt-aired. Beach dining that takes seafood seriously.
