Lai fu ליי פו דים סאם וסושי בר – restaurant

A dim sum kitchen and sushi bar on Bograshov, a few minutes from the seafront, treating dumplings with more care than the format usually gets. Shumai and shrimp gow arrive pleated and precise; bao come steamed or fried crisp; wontons, Asian soups and salads fill the rest of the table, with a full sushi list running alongside. Sake and cocktails handle the drinking. The room is small, casual and open from midday until late. Tel Aviv is not short of Asian restaurants - this one earns its place on the dumplings.
