Buti & Co. – cafe

Two Tel Aviv counters, one in Sarona on Arania Oswaldo and one on Dizengoff Circle, where the case is stacked before the morning rush and the queue keeps moving. Everything is assembled on site: sandwiches of smoked salmon, turkey pastrami, salami and Emmental, egg salad, tuna, or gouda with herbs. Salads run to quinoa and cranberry, tomato and feta, sweet potato and carrot, pasta and mozzarella. Pastry is the other draw, with butter and chocolate croissants, cinnamon pastries, apple danish and parmesan sticks. Homemade iced coffee, vanilla matcha, kombucha and wine by the glass. Grazing platters travel out to offices.
