Nomena Roasters - נומנה – cafe

A specialty roastery in central Tel Aviv that roasts its own beans four times a week — Brazil, Ethiopia, Colombia, Kenya, Rwanda and Peru, split between a medium roast built for espresso and a light roast for filter methods. The room sits in a restored heritage building, calm and pared back, with a terrace under the trees for people who want an hour rather than a takeaway cup. Pastries and sandwiches back up the coffee, and the counter staff will happily walk you through origins. Tel Aviv has no shortage of cafes. Far fewer roast in the room.
