Eazy Cafe sits on the busy stretch of Arlozorov in Tel Aviv but keeps a back yard that reads more village than city — the reason regulars pick it over everything else on the block. Breakfast is the signature: eggs, cheese and house-baked bread, served all day, with vegan versions and breakfasts borrowed from several countries. Beyond that the kitchen turns out shawarma, kebab, rice with meat, salads and sandwiches. The coffee is taken seriously and the staff are unusually attentive. A neighbourhood cafe that never rushes you out.
