Chacho's Cafe Geula - צ'אצ'וס – cafe

Chacho's opened in summer 2021 in the alleys of Kerem HaTeimanim, minutes from Carmel Market and the sea, and the Geula Street room is still the original. It is a small neighbourhood specialty coffee house: two house blends roasted in-house, a rotating single-origin selection on bar, cold brew and matcha drinks. Pastries and sandwiches arrive fresh every morning, alongside cakes and sweets, vegan options included, made by outside pastry chefs. Beans, grinders and machines are sold to take home. Doors open at seven, seven days a week, Saturdays included. Coffee is the craft here; the regulars are the whole point.
