Cafe & Restourant De Novo Borjomi – restaurant

A modern, minimalist room by the park railway station in Borjomi, and one of very few in town that looks that way, with outdoor tables and a habit of letting walkers leave their bags while they take the park. The grill does the heavy lifting: chicken and pork mtsvadi, khachapuri, fresh vegetable salads with walnuts, shoti bread and sauce alongside. Carbonara, burgers, soups and a proper dessert counter widen it, and there is plenty for vegetarians. Guests return for the warmth of the staff and prices that stay reasonable. Handy before a train, and good enough to make you linger.
