რელაქსი earns its name — a small, family-run café in Borjomi, cosy and unhurried, with a host who serves the tables herself. The kitchen bakes its own khachapuri, including a version layered with four different cheeses, and turns out homemade pastries, a mushroom soup guests keep recommending to one another, and a house compote worth ordering. Georgian cooking without embellishment, at prices that feel local rather than touristic. Visitors regularly describe it as the best meal of their stay in Borjomi. Simple food, genuine welcome.
