ნუა sits a short walk from the Borjomi Local Lore Museum and leans on the things a Georgian table is supposed to do well: khinkali, kharcho, khachapuri, kebabs and grilled meat, with wine and beer to match and a fireplace that draws its own regulars through the colder months. The room runs warm and unhurried, the staff welcome people year-round, and diners repeatedly note that prices stay reasonable for what arrives. Opinion is not unanimous — the food gets a mixed press — but the fireplace and the khinkali keep the tables full.
