DAVE'S HOT CHICKEN – Restaurant

This Dave's runs to midnight through the week and one in the morning on Friday and Saturday, which suits a menu of Nashville-hot tenders on plain white bread and sliders layered with pickles, house kale slaw and the chipotle-mayo Dave's Sauce. Heat comes in seven grades, ending at a Reaper served only against a signed waiver. French fries, cheese fries and macaroni cheese handle the rest of the tray; the chicken is halal. The company started in 2017 as a fryer and folding tables in an East Hollywood parking lot, and now spans several hundred restaurants.
