Fathoms sits on the water at Cape Harbour Marina in Cape Coral, near enough the docks that sunset and passing boats are part of it. The kitchen runs a coastal seafood menu on local ingredients: a Tsunami Roll of ahi tuna and crab with cream cheese and chili mayo, an Asian Chicken Wrap in Thai peanut sauce, a Blackened Steak Salad with gorgonzola and bacon, and oven-roasted Antarctic salmon over egg fettuccine. A full bar turns out craft cocktails, and live music runs some evenings. The room reads polished but relaxed, fit for a quick lunch or a slower dinner.
