Jet Lek started in Ashkelon in 2015 and reached Ashdod six months later; the branch on HaGdud HaIvri in Gan Ha'ir now runs from mid-morning until one in the morning. Italian-style gelato is the anchor, but the counter is really a dessert workshop — sorbet and frozen yogurt, waffles, crepes, pancakes and milkshakes, built to order. Kosher certified. Fridays finish early for Shabbat. A late-night sweet stop in the middle of town, with the hours to prove it.
