GODA גודה – restaurant

A bar, café and late-night room folded into one address on Martin Buber Street, running from midday to two in the morning six days a week. The kitchen is more ambitious than that format implies — mushroom risotto and salmon tartare among dishes drawing on Israeli and international cooking in equal measure. The music is curated rather than incidental, and the room turns over as the sun goes down. Ashdod's argument for staying out. Closed Sundays; otherwise, in no hurry at all.
