הג׳חנון של אתי – Restaurant

Eti's Jachnun opens one morning a week, on Shabbat, at the Paz station on Derech HaNadiv in Pardes Hanna-Karkur, and closes when the last roll is gone. The jachnun is rolled by hand and baked overnight, served the traditional way with a brown egg, grated fresh tomato and a house hot sauce; there are alternate versions too, including a vegan one. Orders go in by WhatsApp before Friday morning. People have been driving in for this for more than a decade and keep saying the same thing about it. One dish, done properly.
